The problems that hold my attention are the ones nobody has named yet — not redesign requests or roadmap items, but the complaint system merchants couldn't reach, or a checkout losing two out of three buyers while everyone tracked something else. المشاكل التي تشدّ انتباهي هي التي لم يُعرّفها أحد بعد — ليست طلبات إعادة التصميم ولا بنود خارطة المنتج، بل نظام شكاوى لا يصل إليه التاجر، أو checkout يصرف ثلثي المشترين بهدوء بينما يتابع الجميع شيئًا آخر.

At Salla I built the UX function and eventually led a team of seven. Before that, I was the sole designer on Sol — a B2B marketplace at Remal Ventures — shipping identity, architecture, and flows alongside three engineers. في سلة بنيتُ فريق UX وقدتُ في النهاية سبعة مصممين. قبلها كنتُ المصمم الوحيد على Sol — منصة B2B في Remal Ventures — أطلقتُها مع ثلاثة مهندسين من الهوية حتى التجربة الكاملة.
